Refund Policy

1. No Returns on Perishable Goods

As microgreens are fresh and time-sensitive, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there is a problem.

2. Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • Your order was damaged or spoiled upon arrival

  • You received the wrong items

  • Your order did not arrive within the expected delivery window due to our error

To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product

  • A brief explanation of the issue

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If you haven’t received it after that time, please:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement

  • Contact your bank or payment provider

  • Then contact us if the issue remains

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been prepared or shipped. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@nutreemagic.com with your order number.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer errors in shipping address or unavailability at the time of delivery

  • Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery

  • Taste or preference issues without a product quality concern

  • Refusal to accept delivery
